The journey began recently but the dream has been alive for a long time. Coffee is a big part of my life as is photography and art. Over a decade ago a dreamed sparked in my mind of owning a coffee shop themed as an artist gallery. As with every dream, sometimes they are too ambitious to take on and with my full time work I had to set it aside. Although it was put away, it was never gone. Recently I decided that I was done waiting and Wild Wolf Coffee was born. The first step in my journey is to pour myself in to the actual process of making incredible, delicious coffee. With much research, it was time to dive in to Roasting.
The process of roasting intrigued me so much. The fact that I personally can control and effect the experience you have as you drink Wild Wolf Coffee really drives me. With so much control over the process, you really can hand craft different types of roasting flavors. My goal is to craft a product of the highest quality with a great taste from start to finish. There have been lots of tinkering and practice batches and I will never stop tweaking. Right now, I have dialed in a few good methods for the amazing beans I am using from Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia.
This is just the beginning! The coffee roasting process is very dynamic and the options are limitless. I look forward to continuing to hone the craft and provide amazing Wild Wolf Coffee!
